Step 1
Log in to the site

Go to the SUBSCRIBE menu at the top of the page and click on MY ACCOUNT

Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a link to “CHANGE PASSWORD” in orange text (below the save profile button)

Insert a new password (and repeat it). The security is set at medium. It requires each of numbers, letters and special characters (e.g. *&^%$). It can be as short as 5 characters with a good mixture.
NB – Some users’ systems/browsers seem to demand very complicated passwords, but others take more simple ones. If you are having problems re-setting your password, try doing it again from a different system/browser.
Once you have a password that the system is OK with, click UPDATE PASSWORD.
